When I found out the BCITSA's October edition of the LINK magazine was a Mental Health theme, I had to be a part of it. I created an illustration about what is helpful to say and what is harmful to say to someone struggling with a mental illness. Ali Pitargue, an editor from LINK magazine, interviewed me for the article that accompanied my illustration.  And I was able to contribute to the typography of the title "Changing Your Narrative". I was also able to use elements of my illustration to create stickers to engage students and bring awareness to mental health. This was something the LINK magazine had never added before but they were open to my ideas and made them a reality. To see the full digital magazine go to: issuu.com/linkbcit/docs/october2019/28
